Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Authors should submit the original work with appropriate results and should adhere to the publication ethics as stated by COPE

Under a few conditions, authors should be ready to submit original raw data along with the manuscript for review process without any concert. Authors should not submit the same research content or information should not be published in more than one journal or publishing house.

Contributing authors are responsible for the content or information they provide in the manuscript. It's the responsibility of the corresponding author to include the name of coauthors and acknowledge all who contributes to the work with the written consent. Authors must disclose if any conflict of interest that interprets the results or content in the manuscript. All the resources and sources of financial grant for the research work need to disclose.


The journal abides by all the ethical guidelines set by Internationally recognized committees International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE; www.icmje.org), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME; www.wame.org ), and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE; http://publicationethics.org/ ).


All Authors cooperation for speedy publishing process like peer review process and submit the required data, clarifications, ethics approval proofs, copyright permission, participant or patient consent.

We expect authors to address the reviews provided by their peers. If there is any discrepancy can contact the handling editor.

Parts of the Manuscript

The manuscript should be submitted in separate files: main text file; figures.


Main Text File

The text file should be presented in the following order:

  1. A short informative title containing the major keywords. The title should not contain abbreviations
    ii. A short running title of less than 50 characters;
    iii. The full names of the authors;
    iv. The author's institutional affiliations where the work was conducted, with a footnote for the author’s present address if different from where the work was conducted;
    v. Acknowledgements
    vi. Abstract and keywords
    vii. Main text
    viii. References
    ix. Tables (each table complete with title and footnotes);
    x. Figure legends
    xi. Appendices (if relevant).

Figures and supporting information should be supplied as separate files.

Acknowledgements

Even a minute contribution to the work matters so that should not go unrecognized. Therefore, we want authors to acknowledge their contribution under this section of Acknowledgement.


Conflict of Interest Statement

Authors must provide a conflict of interest statement during the submission process.
