Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

We expect authors to submit original work with results, adhering to publishing ethics, without plagiarized information: content, results and figures or tables. 

Under a few conditions, authors should be ready to submit original raw data along with the manuscript for a review process with no agreement. One should not publish the same research content or information/submitted for consideration when it is in process with this journal. 

All Authors are responsible for the content or information in the manuscript. The corresponding author must include the names of the co-authors and to acknowledge the contribution of people involved in the work in written format. Authors need to disclose any conflict of interest that interprets the results or content in the manuscript. Author should mention all the resources and any financial grant received for the research work.

We expect authors cooperation in the speedy publishing process. Authors should respond to the comments or concerns when contacted by the editorial board of the journal. 

Author has to revise the manuscript by considering the review comments for maintaining the quality of the manuscript. 

Parts of the Manuscript

Author should submit the manuscript in separate files: main text file; figures.

 Main Text File

Author should present the text file in the following order:

  1. A short informative title containing the major keywords. The title should not contain abbreviations:
  2. A short running title of less than 50 characters;
  3. The full names of the authors;

 iii. Author should mention the institutional affiliation and address in the footnote in case they conduct the work at a different place

  1. Acknowledgements;
  2. Abstract and keywords;
  3. Main text;

 vii. References;

 viii. Tables (each table complete with title and footnotes);

  1. Figure legends;
  2. Appendices (if relevant).

author should send figures and supporting information as separate files.

 Acknowledgements

Author should list contributions from anyone who does not meet the criteria for authorship, with permission from the contributor, in an Acknowledgments section. Author should also mention financial and material support. 

 Conflict of Interest Statement

We will ask authors to provide a conflict of interest statement during the submission process. 

We expect authors to sign the cover letter attached along with the manuscript at the time of initial submission.
